Returns & Refund Policy

At Medical Alert Jewellery we aspire for complete customer satisfaction. If your special jewellery has an issue relating to the quality of the item, for example a manufacturing fault, we kindly ask you to email us with a photograph and description. Please email info@medicalalertjewellery.com. Our customer care team and a qualified jeweller will assess your jewellery and contact you. If the assessment team find a manufacturing default with your special jewellery it will be completely re-made for you free of charge. Please note that pendent chains are only guaranteed for three months owing to nature of wear and tear. Owing to our jewellery being handcrafted and personalised we are unable to offer refunds unless the product does not match the item you ordered or if the product is found to be faulty.

Please note that jewellery that was ordered over 12 months ago and has been damaged through wear and tear and not due to a manufacturing fault will be deemed as a chargable repair.

If you change your mind on your order we can only offer you a refund if you cancel your order prior to your item going into production, If your item is already in production we cannot cancel your order. If you should wish to cancel an order please contact the Medical Alert Jewellery team on 01283 296118.
