Once your order is placed, we will post you an ashes/hair collection pack. The pack will contain everything you need to send us your loved one’s ashes/hair. The pack will have a unique reference number on it that relates to your online order. All ring orders will also receive a ring sizer to confirm your finger size. Please select ring size unknown on the ring size dropdown option if you are unsure of your size. We just require a teaspoon of ashes per item made or a small lock of hair.  Any ashes or hair we don’t use in the creation process will be returned to you with your special jewellery.
