How to Order

1. Select your chosen design from our collection.

Many of our designs are available in sterling silver or 9ct gold. All our jewellery has FREE ENGRAVING included for both the front and back of the piece.

2. Add your emergency medical information.

Each design has a character limit of how much text we can fit onto the back. This is to ensure that the engraving remains clear and legible.

3. One of our talented jewellers will handcraft your medical jewellery from our specialist workshop in Burton Upon Trent.

We will make chains or bracelets to the size you request

4. Your medical alert jewellery will be ready within 14 working days of placing your order*

We ship WORLDWIDE and our U.K orders include free delivery

* Some designs require a hallmark and therefore may take up to 4 weeks to be dispatched to you.
