Julia is a skilled jeweller and silversmith with over 20 years of experience and trained as a jeweller at the Birmingham jewellery school. Julia manages the office and specialises in designing and innovating new medical jewellery designs.

Ruth is our workshop manager and a very talented, award-winning jeweller. Ruth has extensive computer-aided design skills, and she is in charge of all our laser engraving. Ruth also enjoys crafting our gold designs, and she also trained as a jeweller at the Birmingham School of jewellery.

Elle is our very creative bench jeweller. Elle joined the team a few years ago as an apprentice jeweller while training at the Birmingham School of jewellery. Elle joined us full time in 2020. She is also an award-winning jeweller who enjoys working in all metals but in particular silver.

All our medical alert jewellery is handmade in our specialist workshop by our Birmingham jewellery quarter trained jewellers.
